Bug fixes
  • Resolved "undefined" time fields in reports caused by certain time zones
  • Corrected "Dropped" call status in Excel exports, previously mislabeled as "Not Answered"
  • Fixed instances where calls were incorrectly marked as "Missed" instead of "Answered"
  • Addressed inaccuracies in the total duration of registries within "X-Ray"
Changes
  • Availability Dashboard: The Y-axis values in the Availability Dashboard now display as percentages, providing clearer insights

CX - Sidekick

Bug fixes
    • Resolved an issue preventing "X-Ray" information from displaying in CX - Sidekick Caller History
    • Eliminated duplicate call entries in Caller History
