FAQ - Teams PowerPack Version 2

We are excited to announce that starting July 19th, we will begin migrating to Version 2 of our Teams PowerPack - CX and call analytics tool, Teams PowerPack. This update introduces several enhancements, and additional new features will be rolled out shortly thereafter to elevate your experience and meet your evolving needs.

How can I update to Version 2?
Minimum action is required on your part. Our team will handle most of the necessary changes. You will receive an email with some simple instructions that will take 2 minutes from your time, apart of that, when you return to work on Monday simply use the same URL for each service and start using the new version.

What can I expect from this release?

  1. Minimal Disruption: The transition will start on Friday, July 19th, and the service will be back by Sunday, July 21st at 11 PM
  2. Continued Support: Our support team is available to assist you throughout the transition and beyond, ensuring a smooth experience.
  3. Feedback Encouraged: Your feedback is invaluable to us. We encourage you to share your thoughts on Version 2 so we can continue to improve.
