How long does Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics/CDR take to display call data?

Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics and Teams PowerPack - Call Detail Records (CDR) works by connecting to Microsoft APIs and reading information about calls—including PSTN, Teams-to-Teams, conferences, and group calls—that Microsoft makes available. This is an effective way to obtain additional information not accessible via the Microsoft Teams reports in the Teams Admin Center.

While this process is reliable, it depends on the availability of call records from Microsoft. The initial call information can take up to 150 minutes to appear since this is the expected time for Microsoft services to make the first version of a call record available. Additional updates to the call record may arrive later as Microsoft processes further telemetry. For more details, see Microsoft’s documentation

Occasionally, call information may take longer than the expected time to appear. This is a normal part of how Microsoft services handle and release call records. If this occurs, our team will review the situation with you and provide guidance on possible next steps.

If you encounter such additional delays, please contact us at support_products@teamventi.com. Our team will review the case and explore alternative solutions to help ensure call information is made available as quickly as possible.
