- The Raw Data report now includes a new column: Not Handled by. This column displays the names of agents who were offered a call but did not answer.

- Additional padding has been added to the Conversations and Client History sections for a cleaner, more organized look.

- Fixed an issue where the application wouldn't load when installed as a WebApp and launched from the Windows taskbar.

- Fixed an issue where the Screen Pop would sometimes fail to display the correct CRM information for the current caller.
