If Teams QoS is implemented and you're still experiencing issues, report the problem through our Support Portal or by email.
How to Submit a Report:

- Is this happening with all calls (inbound or outbound)?
- Does it occur with calls from auto attendants/call queues, direct calls, or both?
- Are other users experiencing the same issue?
What Happens Next:
