Issues with Outbound or Inbound calls

This guide outlines how to report problems making or receiving calls on your BlueSky phone line.

How to Report the Issue:

There are two ways to contact our Support team:

  2. Email: Send an email to our support team at support@teamventi.com

What Information to Include:

  • Describe the Call Issue: Be specific about the problem you're experiencing. Examples include:
    • Can't make outgoing calls at all
    • Calls are dropped frequently
    • Incoming calls don't ring through
    • Error messages appear when making or receiving calls

The more details you provide, the better we can understand the issue.

What Happens Next?

Our Support team will receive your request and analyze the situation based on your description within 24-48 hours. They may contact you for further clarification and provide next steps to resolve the problem.
