Issues with Voicemails

This guide will help you report issues with receiving voicemails from auto attendants or call queues at BlueSky UC.

How to Report the Issue:

There are two ways to submit a request to our Support team:
  1. Support Portal: Open a ticket through our Support Portal by clicking this link: Team Venti | Home
  2. Email: Send an email to our support team at support@blueskyuc.com

What Information to Include:

  • Auto Attendant or Call Queue Name (if known): Knowing the specific name of the auto attendant or call queue will help us pinpoint the problem faster.
  • If Name is Unknown: Provide a detailed description of the number or options you dial to reach the voicemail you're having trouble with. This helps us identify the area needing attention.

The More Detail, the Better!

The more specific you are about the issue, the easier it will be for our Support team to diagnose and resolve the problem.

What Happens Next?

Our Support team will receive your request within 24-48 hours and process it based on the information you provide. They may contact you if they require any further clarification.
