Software in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Requirements

  1. You must be a Global Administrator to do the steps in this article. For more information, see About admin roles.
  2. If there are multiple billing accounts, you must select the account that the product was purchased on. For more information, see Select a default billing account.


How to find Software licenses inside of your Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  1. Go to the Microsoft Admin Center at https://admin.microsoft.com/.
  2. From the Dashboard navigation menu, go to Billing > Your products. Find and select the software.

  3. Select the Product version, Language, CPU & file type. This will enable the download of the ISO and the option to obtain the Product Key. Here are some examples of the Software in the Microsoft Admin Center:

What if I cannot find the Software I have purchased in the Microsoft Admin Center?

  1. If the software is not shown, it could be you are under the incorrect Billing account. You can change this by selecting Change billing account as shown below.

  2. Ensure that you have the Microsoft Customer Agreement selected.

  3. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
