User Impact
This issue may be impacting any user attempting to use various Microsoft 365 apps and services.

Preliminary root cause
A configuration change in a portion of our Azure backend workloads, caused interruption between storage and compute resources which resulted in connectivity failures that affected downstream Microsoft 365 services dependent on these connections.

Latest Microsoft update
We've completed applying our mitigation actions and our telemetry is now indicating all previously impacted Microsoft 365 apps or services are operating normally. We're now entering a period of monitoring to ensure all previously impacted apps, services, and scenarios have fully recovered.
