What happens when a new subscription is created?
1. Once we create a subscription for you, an email notification will be sent to your registered billing email address for you to confirm your subscription has been provisioned. When you receive this email, please follow the instructions and click on the first link so you can access your customer portal account:
2. You will be redirected to the following page:
3. Log in using the email address and password you previously registered in the portal and log in.
4. After you log in, you will be redirected to your Customer Portal page, in which you can see your account information.
5. Scroll down on this page, and you will be able to see your billing information, and the information of the subscription that was just created on your account.
