Accessing Call Reports and Analytics in Teams
This guide provides information on accessing call reports and analytics in Microsoft Teams and Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics solution.
Microsoft Teams Call Reporting:
- Location: Teams Admin Center ([link: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/](Microsoft Teams Admin Center))
Steps:
- Navigate to Reports & Analytics
- Select "PSTN and SMS Usage Report"
- Choose the desired time frame for your search
- Export the report as an Excel file (click the Excel icon on the top right corner)
What the Report Includes:
- Details of all incoming and outgoing calls for your company (limited visibility*)
- Calls received through auto attendants or call queues (limited details*)
