What's New for Teams PowerPack - General?

Resolved Issues

  • Mobile apps now load with the left navigation bar hidden for better experience

  • Tenant and Hubs selectors will now be correctly available in the mobile version of the apps

What's New for Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics?

Resolved Issues

  • Resolved issue in Calls Volume clickable filters when accessing last year information 

  • Calling Plans calls should now be correctly counted for the Users Dashboard in Home

  • "Last Week" date range refined to standard days across Dashboards and Reports

What's New for Teams PowerPack - CX?

Resolved Issues

  • Eliminated 403 Forbidden screens after inactivity for a long time

  • When a caller selects option "2" during voicemail request status, the behavior will now cut the audio and return the caller to the queue per expected behavior

  • "Hubs" selector streamlined to show only active Hubs

  • "Not Handled By" column in Raw Data report now wraps cleanly to fit within the cell and avoid clipping
