Features
- Agent Dashboard now shows the profile picture of
the selected Agent.

sorted by the Date column.
What's New for Teams PowerPack – Call Analytics and Call Detail Records
(CDR)?
Features
- All reports now display the Auto Attendants,
Call Queues, and Users included in your contract, giving you a clearer and more
accurate picture of your service. Note: Reporting Assets is only visible to Sys Admin users.

In the Calls report, the "Connected
Users" column now shows all users involved in a single call, listed together.

Resolved Issue
- Reports across the platform now load more
quickly, so you can access your data without unnecessary wait times.

Notes
- Search and Export results are based on the
current page view. To see additional results at once, increase the number of items
per page at the bottom of the report screen.
- All filter dropdowns (Auto Attendant, Queue, User) now reflect only the items currently active in your license.
- The order of your Home Dashboards has been
updated.
