Incoming calls will ring simultaneously on all available users in the skill group.

2. Summary Report in Email (Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics)

Receive summary performance dashboards delivered as a notification into your email.

4. Client Storage for Voicemails (Teams PowerPack - CX)

Clients can now store their voicemails in their own secure storage.

5. Role-Based View for Supervisors (Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics)

Supervisors will only see the Auto Attendants and Call Queues they are personally assigned to.

6. Public API (Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics & CX)

Allows authorized clients (admins only) to connect to our public API and download data and save on your storage of choice over our 90 days data retention window.

Connects with your CRM to display customer information to CX users during a call.

2. Webchat (Teams PowerPack - CX)
