Release Note - August 15, 2025

Today, we're excited to announce a significant refresh to our platform! We've rolled out an updated look, new product names, and a reorganized portal, all designed to give you a more consistent and streamlined experience.

The biggest change is that we're bringing everything together under the Team Venti name, which has been our home for nearly 20 years. This consolidation ensures a clearer path for future growth and a more unified feel across our products.

What's New?

General

  • The BlueSky UC suite of apps has been rebranded and is now named Teams PowerPack. App titles and color schemes have been updated to reflect this change.

  • We've updated our product names to be more descriptive and consistent:

    • Teams PowerPack Standard is now Teams PowerPack - CDR

    • Teams PowerPack Premium is now Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics

    • BlueSky Contact Center is now Teams PowerPack - CX

    • Sidekick is now CX Sidekick

  • BlueSky UC will now focus exclusively on Direct Routing services.

  • Portal and App Changes

To reflect our new branding, some of our application URLs have also changed. Your login credentials, however, will remain the same.

  • New stand-alone app portal, accessed from Portal Home.
Teasm PowerPack - Call Analytics (Previously "Teams PowerPack Premium")
  • Updated color scheme in headers and dashboard bars.

Teams PowerPack - CX (Previously "BlueSky Contact Center")

  • Updated color scheme in headers.

  • The button for Sidekick in the navigation bar has been renamed "CX Sidekick".

CX Sidekick (Previously "BlueSky Sidekick")

  • Updated color scheme in headers.

  • The button for Contact Center in the navigation bar has been renamed "CX".
