Resolved Issues
- Addressed an issue where calls that ended during or after VM beep would become stuck in Wallboard
- Addressed an issue where "Hold", "Long Hold", and "Voicemail" audio messages took slightly longer than configured to be played during the call
What's New for Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics?
Resolved Issues
- Inbound calls that are transferred out are now correctly marked as Inbound instead of Outbound
What's New for Teams PowerPack - Call Detail Records (CDR)?

- Addressed an issue with the order of results when sorted by Start Date
