What's New for Teams PowerPack - Customer Experience (CX)?

Resolved Issues
  • Addressed an issue where calls that ended during or after VM beep would become stuck in Wallboard
  • Addressed an issue where "Hold", "Long Hold", and "Voicemail" audio messages took slightly longer than configured to be played during the call

What's New for Teams PowerPack - Call Analytics?

Resolved Issues
  • Inbound calls that are transferred out are now correctly marked as Inbound instead of Outbound


What's New for Teams PowerPack - Call Detail Records (CDR)?

Resolved Issues
  • Addressed an issue with the order of results when sorted by Start Date
