New Phone Number Assignment
This guide will walk you through requesting a new phone line for an employee at BlueSky UC.

How to Request a New Line:
There are two ways to request a new phone line:
Support Portal: Open a ticket through our Support Portal by clicking this link:
Team Venti | Home - Email: Send an email to our support team at support@teamventi.com
In your request, please include:
- Employee's Email Address: This will be used to activate the new phone line.
- Desired Area Code: Let us know the preferred area code for the employee's phone number.
Optional:
- Caller ID Name or Number: You can specify the name or number that will show up when the employee makes calls. If you don't provide this information, the Caller ID will default to the assigned phone number.
What Happens Next?
Our Support team will receive your request and process it within 24-48 hours based on the information you provide. They may reach out to you if they require any additional details.
