Before you can manage your licenses, you need to login to the 365 Cloud store Portal.

After logging in with your admin credentials, you’ll land on a dashboard with general information regarding your tenant.

There, you will find an option called seats, this is where you can audit the licenses that are already active.

When auditing a license, you can choose to edit the number of licenses you have subscribed to by selecting the following icon.

Under the following section you can change the number of licenses you need, and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and press on “Submit Changes”

After a few minutes, the new license will appear in your tenant.
