365 Cloud Store Onboarding Guide

  1. The customer accepts the CSP reseller permissions: https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?invType=ResellerRelationship&partnerId=c1ec5c8b-cbff-4579-b954-5439d4a4321b&msppId=0#/partners/invitation. *Note* Global Admin permissions required to accept.
  2. Request their Microsoft Tenant ID, found on the Properties page of their Entra admin center.
  3. Go to the 365 Cloud Store portal > Sell > Customers and click blue Add customer button on the right-side corner, then select Existing (single) and Microsoft from the dropdowns.

  1. Populate the Customer ID field with the Tenant ID from step 2 and click Lookup!.

  1. Select USD as the currency and one of the new plans: NCE Commercial Monthly or Annual. Depending on the term/billing. Click Collect customer details right after.

  1. Validate the Customer’s contact information and Submit once completed.

  1. Once the account is added, after clicking Submit, go to Sell > Customers and impersonate the new Customer’s account by click blue people icon .

  1. Navigate to the Shop and use the search to locate all the subscriptions needed. Add the appropriate license counts to the cart. Place the order by clicking on the cart on the top-right of the page.
